1. Placing Orders
For order placement, you're required to share your name, email, payment details, and images. These images will be used for video creation, which we'll send to your email.

2. Payment Terms
The charges for our video creation and delivery services are detailed on our website. Ensure you provide accurate payment details, which we'll use for transaction processing.

3. Delivery Protocol
Your video will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. While we strive to adhere to the delivery timeline mentioned on our site, it isn't guaranteed. Keep an eye on your spam folder for any missed emails. If there's an error in the personalized video, notify us immediately. However, we won't entertain claims based on:

  • Limited dance duration by actors.
  • Video length. Typically, they last between 40-60 seconds. Special requests can stretch it to 60 seconds but no more.
  • Mispronunciation of the text. Perfect pronunciation in all languages isn't guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
You maintain rights over the images shared. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to utilize them for video creation. It's implied that you have the necessary permissions to share these images. All rights in the created videos are ours. Reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent.

5. Warranties & Liability Limitations
Videos we produce come with a 30-day warranty against material and craftsmanship defects. Any concerns should be reported immediately. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR OUR SERVICES USAGE.

6. Data Privacy
Your personal data handling is in line with our Privacy Policy, referenced within this agreement.

7. Governing Law & Resolutions
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws. Disputes related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in English, following standard rules.

8. Other Provisions
This Agreement is the definitive reference regarding our service usage. In case any provision becomes unenforceable, the rest stay effective. We might update these terms; any amendments will be posted on our website. Continued service usage post any changes signifies your agreement.
